To all my BPWEV Sisters. We have all been challenged during the last month or so, some of us more than others, but it’s been tough for everyone. It’s time to persevere and overcome the diversities. Please remember, you are not alone and your BPWEV sisters care about you.

If there is anything we can do to assist you and your family, let us know. Sometimes it’s a hand up and sometimes it’s merely getting a call or email saying “I care”. That’s what BPW is all about.

I have attempted to reach out to every member to assure them that we care. I do this to lend an ear and to encourage if I can. My heart breaks for those who are struggling and feeling discouraged. Try very hard to think positive thoughts if you can.

We have much to be thankful for – so let’s focus on moving forward and doing things for others in the community. For example, you can help and contribute in some way to the wine tasting party, yu can participate in the low-income senior holiday gift exchange on 12/15, and you can donate to the “women helping women” project that provides gifts for low income single mothers during the holiday season. Every member can participate and contribute. Helping others is good medicine, good for the heart.
