BPW Englewood/Venice

BPW is not like any other organization.

This organization was founded in 1919 and is unique in that it has a long history of advocating for women and is still passionately and effectively engaged in assuring equal rights, equal pay and equal opportunities in the workforce. Every working woman has benefited from the efforts of this organization in Education Foundation, Scholarships, Public Policy, Equal Pay and Lobbying for Women's Rights.

Amanda Rose

Amanda RoseAmanda Rose is an innovative Marketing Director for a multi-channel marketing company that serves libraries and museums on a global scale.  With over a decade of experience in sales, management, and strategic planning endeavors, she developed an array of effective communication and presentation skills, which she’s been subsequently teaching to others.  

As a Competent Communicator in Toastmasters International, Amanda is continuing to hone the art of public speaking by working through Toastmasters advanced programs.   She has spoken extensively on the topics of Presentation Skills, Leadership, and Strategic Marketing in her local community.  In addition, she is well known for hosting local workshops on Preservation of Family Treasures.   

Amanda holds a degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York. She is a native of Syracuse, NY and relocated to the sunshine state only four months ago to avoid the harsh realities of winter in the northeast.  She enjoys reading, gardening, home improvement projects and travel.  As an avid fan of drag racing, Amanda and her husband, Steve, enjoy attending motorsports events nationwide.
