The True Spirit of Giving
Written by Karin Drury

Dear BPW E.V. Members!giving

Your generosity showed the true spirit of the Holiday Season:  "It is more blessing to give than to receive"!    A total of $510.00 was donated in November and December at the monthly meeting to help with our "Women Helping Women" project.

Four single mothers and their 10 children were the beneficiaries of your monetary gift.  On December 17, 2009, Dori Zingmond and I spent several hours at Wal-Mart shopping for clothing and food for the four families.  On December 19, 2009, Carol Kouba and I delivered everything to the four families.

Thank you once more for contributing so freely to this important project that our organization supports each Holiday Season.

May you all be blessed with a healthy and prosperous 2010!
